Actually, that is the non painful way to do it. It doesn't cause any pain, so I've been told. The other way is to surgically restore by grafting skin onto the penis. But that's obviously a very stupid way to go about doing it. The risk is a lot more than the gain a guy would get out of it.

Well yeah, its not like scientists can grow one in a petri dish you know, its far too complex for that. But from many accounts, stretching your excess skin to make a recreated foreskin is definitely better than having none at all.
